Terms of Service
Last updated May 9, 2026. These terms govern access to Renewal Desk, including the public website, support pages, and workspace app.
Use of Renewal Desk
Renewal Desk is provided to help contractor teams import follow-up lists, assign work, record customer touches, track outcomes, review referrals, and measure close activity. You are responsible for using the service only for lawful business purposes and only with data you are authorized to upload and process.
Workspace data
Customer lists, CRM exports, contact information, notes, import files, timeline events, and follow-up history remain contractor workspace data. Renewal Desk does not sell, rent, broker, or use uploaded customer lists for Renewal Desk marketing.
You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded records, your communications with customers, and any consent or compliance obligations that apply to your outreach.
Accounts and access
Each person should use their own account when team access is enabled. Shared logins weaken audit history, permissions, support diagnostics, and revocation controls. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and workspace invites.
Product quality data
Renewal Desk may collect product usage events, support ticket metadata, touchpoint metadata, diagnostics, browser details, and error logs to understand which workflows are useful, diagnose issues, protect the service, and proactively fix bugs.
Service changes
Features may change as Renewal Desk evolves. We may add, remove, or modify import profiles, workspace features, analytics, diagnostics, integrations, or support flows to improve reliability and usability.
