Last updated May 9, 2026. This policy explains what Renewal Desk may collect, how it is used, and the stance on contractor customer lists.

Information we collect

Renewal Desk may collect account details, workspace details, company information, support messages, support ticket metadata, uploaded import files, mapped records, notes, status changes, timeline events, outcome updates, referral activity, and rep payout fields when you use the app.

We may also collect product events such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, imports attempted or completed, search and filter use, feature usage, browser type, device details, error logs, and diagnostics exports.

How we use information

  • Provide the Renewal Desk workspace, import, tracking, and reporting features.
  • Help authorized users troubleshoot issues and recover from bugs.
  • Understand which workflows and touchpoints are useful.
  • Improve import mapping, duplicate detection, risk scoring, and reporting.
  • Protect the service, prevent abuse, and maintain audit history.

Customer list stance

Uploaded customer lists, contact records, CRM exports, notes, and follow-up history belong to the contractor workspace that provided them. Renewal Desk does not sell, rent, broker, or use uploaded customer lists for Renewal Desk marketing.

Product analytics should be aggregated or minimized where practical. Raw customer records should be used only to provide the product, support authorized users, comply with law, protect the service, or honor export and deletion requests.

Sharing

Renewal Desk may use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, support, diagnostics, analytics, and security. These providers should only process information for Renewal Desk business purposes. We do not sell uploaded customer lists.

Cookies and storage

Renewal Desk may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, theme preference, workspace state, diagnostics, analytics, performance, and bug detection. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Choices and requests

You may request help exporting, correcting, or deleting workspace information by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, billing, support history, abuse prevention, or audit reasons.
