Cookie Policy
Last updated May 9, 2026. Renewal Desk uses cookies and browser storage to keep the app working and improve the product.
What cookies and browser storage do
Cookies and similar technologies can remember a browser, keep a session active, store preferences, measure traffic, record product events, and help diagnose bugs. Renewal Desk may also use local browser storage for workspace state, theme preference, and local-first app data.
Types we may use
- Essential storage for sign-in, workspace access, security, and core app functionality.
- Preference storage for theme, interface state, and recently used settings.
- Analytics storage to understand feature usage, imports, touchpoints, and workflow completion.
- Diagnostics storage to capture errors, performance issues, and bug reports.
No customer-list sale
Cookies, analytics, and diagnostics are not permission to sell contractor customer lists. Uploaded customer data remains contractor workspace data and should not be sold, rented, brokered, or used for Renewal Desk marketing.
Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent sign-in, imports, workspace switching, saved preferences, or local-first app behavior from working correctly.
